PAPR OD8+ Laser Welding Helmet
PAPR The powered respirator is used for dust removal and partical odor removal, not for gases or vapors and is used to reduce or remove resistance to inhalation during respiration by producing a constant airflow. The unit is designed flow rate 170,210,250L/min (the flow rate at which the equipment still will fulfill the requirements of the class in either EN12942 or EN12941)the actual working time will be about 8 hours.

Laser welding protection
Equipped with special optical filters (such as dynamic variable light ADF filters), it can protect against high-intensity laser radiation (including infrared, ultraviolet, etc.) and avoid retinal damage.
Suitable for strong light environments such as laser welding and laser cutting.
Harmful smoke/dust filtration
The built-in dust extraction system actively absorbs metal dust and toxic gases (such as ozone and nitrogen oxides) generated by welding through fans and high-efficiency filters (such as HEPA or activated carbon) to protect the respiratory system.
Automatic air supply and cooling
The air supply system continuously delivers filtered clean air to the mask to prevent the lens from fogging, while reducing the head temperature and improving the comfort of long-term work
