●The operation steps to adjust the cleaning parameters after the cleaning machine is turned on:
♦As shown in Figure 3, the cleaning process parameters can be adjusted through the speed knob, width adjustment knob, power adjustment, and frequency adjustment;
♦The screen power adjustment can adjust the laser output power,which is displayed on the display screen in the form of a percentage,and the adjustment range is 10%~100%;
♦The screen frequency adjustment knob can adjust the pulse repetition frequency of the laser output, which is displayed on the display in the form of kHz, and the adjustment range is 10kHz~50kHz;
♦The speed adjustment knob can adjust the frequency of the galvanometer motor output by the galvanometer, which is displayed in the form of kHz, and the adjustment range is 100kHz~10000kHz;The width adjustment knob can adjust the width of cleaning.
♦Thewider the width, the lower the cleaning thickness at the same time,but the larger the cleaning area; on the contrary, the narrower the width, the thicker the cleaning thickness and the smaller the area.
♦The width adjustment knob can adjust the width of cleaning. 3 Matters needing attention in the cleaning process
●The laser safety goggles that have been certified by safety and have the correct filter band must be used throughout the operation of the laser;
Note: Even wearing laser eye protection, do not look directly into the light outlet along the laser light path.
●The human skin cannot directly contact the laser when the laser is running;
●When shutting down, please stop cleaning first, and then turn off the power of the cleaning machine;
●During the operation, the bald head should not be pointed at people or inflammable and explosive items;
●There should be a ventilation distance of about 10cm before and after the equipment. Insufficient ventilation distance will cause the internal laser to malfunction and not work!
●The normal operating temperature range of this cleaning machine is 0~40°C, beyond this operating temperature range may cause the internal laser system to alarm and not emit light. This is a protective behavior, thus effectively protecting the long-term reliability of the equipment.
● This cleaning machine has high requirements on environmental cleanliness. Please handle the bald head carefully to prevent dust or other pollution when using or moving the cleaning machine. Dust on the output end of the hand-held head may cause the lens to heat up and damage, resulting in equipment output. Power attenuation or unable to emit light;
●Do not bend the fiber (the bending radius of the fiber should not be less than 100mm). Excessive bending will cause the laser to fail to emit light!
●During the cleaning process, please keep the vacuum cleaner turned on and keep the vacuum cleaning effect in the best state.
●The cleaning equipment is precision equipment, and there are precision optical components in the equipment.When handling and using, be sure to handle it with care to prevent the equipment from bumping, especially the cleaning head.
Ⅱ.Laser Cleaning Machine Maintenance
1. Daily inspection and maintenance
●At the end of each shift, after the laser cleaning equipment is powered off, visually check whether the focusing lens at the front end of the laser cleaning head is damaged or dirty.
●Before the start of each shift, check whether the buttons on the chassis of the laser cleaning machine and the knobs of the hand-held head are loose, damaged, or cannot be adjusted.
●The door, cover, lock and oil-resistant gasket around the door frame of the electrical cabinet/chassis should be in good condition. Doors and covers should be closed tightly,and the inside of the cabinet should be kept clean, and no water droplets, oil stains and metal chips should enter the electrical cabinet, so as not to damage the electrical appliances and cause accidents; the tooling fixtures should be cleaned once every shift to ensure that the surface is free of oil stains and foreign objects.
2.Weekly and irregular maintenance and maintenance

●Clean the dust on the external surface of the equipment once a week to keep the equipment clean.
●The dust purification equipment should check the use status of the filter screen and filter element every week and replace it in time.
3.Chiller and Laser Maintenance and Maintenance
●The air inlet filter of the chiller must be cleaned regularly to prevent the filter from being blocked (it is recommended to clean it at least once a week, such as in special environments, the cleaning time depends on customer needs).
●It is recommended to replace the circulating water inside the chiller at least once every 3 months, and it is recommended to use distilled water.
●When the laser or the whole machine alarms, the user shall not disassemble and assemble it by himself.
