1) The size of your metal or non-metal material. Because in our factory, we have different models according to the work area. 2) Your materials. Metal/non-metal/specific material 3) If cutting, please tell me your cutting thickness, because different cutting thickness requires different laser tube power

Q2. If we don't know how to use this machine, can you teach us?

Yes. We will send you instructions and instructional videos in English, which can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can't learn how to use it, we can guide you via phone or video.

Q3. What is the delivery time?

For standard machines, it takes 5-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to customers' specific requirements, it takes 7-15 days.
