Q1: What thickness of material can an air-cooled welding machine weld? Will it be insufficient?
A: For stainless steel/carbon steel, continuous welding thickness between 0.5mm and 2.0mm is recommended; it can occasionally weld 3mm, but it's not suitable for prolonged continuous operation. If your business frequently involves medium to heavy plates, water cooling (2000W or more) is the correct solution.
