Daily Maintenance Of Fiber Laser Marking Machine

Nov 09, 2024

1. When the machine is not working, the power supply of the marking machine and computer should be cut off.
2. When the machine is not working, cover the field lens cover to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.
3. When the machine is working, the circuit is in a high-voltage state. Non-professionals should not repair it when it is turned on to avoid electric shock accidents.
4. If any fault occurs in the machine, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
5. When the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower surface of the focusing lens. In mild cases, the power of the laser will be reduced, affecting the marking effect; in severe cases, the optical lens will absorb heat and overheat, resulting in explosion. When the marking effect is not good, the surface of the focusing lens should be carefully checked for contamination.
6. If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, the focusing lens should be removed to clean its lower surface.
7. Be especially careful when removing the focusing lens, and be careful not to damage or fall; at the same time, do not touch the focusing lens with your hands or other objects.
8. The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical pure) and ether (analytical pure) in a ratio of 3:1, use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper to penetrate the mixture, and gently wipe the lower surface of the focusing lens. The cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced every time one side is wiped.
9. During the operation of the marking machine, the marking machine must not be moved to avoid damage to the machine.
10. Do not cover or place other items on the marking machine to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
