Our company has 60W 100W 150W and 200W jewelry laser welding machines: There are significant differences between laser spot welders of different powers in terms of power, range of application, welding effect and control difficulty.
1. 60W Jewelry Laser Welding Machine
Ideal for: Small repairs, fine detailing, and thin metals (typically under 1mm).
Materials: Best for soft metals like gold, silver, and platinum.
Welding Precision: Very high, perfect for intricate or detailed work.
Applications: Thin rings, delicate jewelry pieces, resizing, or fixing tiny cracks.
Limitations: Not suitable for thick or hard materials, may not be able to weld metals beyond 1mm thickness effectively.


2. 100W Jewelry Laser Welding Machine
Ideal for: A bit more versatility, handling medium-thickness metals (1mm – 2mm).
Materials: Still great for gold, silver, and platinum, but also works better for slightly thicker materials.
Welding Precision: Good precision but slightly less than 60W. Still great for detailed work but can handle more robust welding tasks.
