Ⅰ.Principle of Laser Cleaning
Laser cleaning technology refers to the use of high-frequency and high-energy laser pulses to irradiate the surface of the workpiece. The coating layer can instantly absorb the focused laser energy, causing the oil, rust or coating on the surface to evaporate or peel off instantly. It is a cleaning method that can quickly and effectively remove surface attachments or surface coatings. The laser pulse with a very short action time will not damage the metal substrate under appropriate parameters. Laser cleaning is a new technology based on the interaction effect between laser and matter. Unlike traditional mechanical cleaning technology, chemical cleaning method and ultrasonic cleaning method (wet cleaning process), it does not require any CFC organic solvents that damage the ozone layer, is pollution-free, noise-free, harmless to the human body and the environment, and is a "green" cleaning technology.
