Using laser technology, Toch Tech's Mold Laser Cleaning Machine allows for on-site cleaning. Depending on the amount of residue on the mold surface and the type of rubber, cleaning a set of molds typically takes 45–90 minutes, including assembly, disassembly, and cleaning both sides. Because the mold surface reflects the laser beam, there is no risk of damage during cleaning. The machine is flexible enough to replace other cleaning methods currently in use.
