Normal sequence
The machine can be turned on only after the water circuit and the circuit are checked. The power-on sequence is:
①Connect the incoming power supply and turn on the key switch. At this time, the machine exhaust and refrigeration system are powered on, and the ammeter displays a value of about 7A;
②Wait for 5 to 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the external control panel, the ammeter displays a value of zero, and after 3 to 5 seconds, the krypton lamp is ignited, and the ammeter displays a value of 7A. (Refer to the laser power supply operation manual);
③Turn on the galvanometer power supply;
④Turn on the computer and call out the required marking file;
⑤Adjust the laser power supply to the working current (10 to 18A), and you can start marking;
After marking, turn off the power of each component in reverse order according to the above sequence:
①Adjust the working current of the laser power supply to the minimum (about 7A);
②Turn off the computer;
③Turn off the galvanometer power supply;
④Press the stop button;
⑤Turn off the key switch;
⑥Disconnect the incoming power supply.
Solution
Marking machine solution: ①Whether the laser resonant cavity changes; fine-tune the resonant cavity lens. Make the output spot the best; ② The acousto-optic crystal is offset or the output energy of the acousto-optic power supply is low; adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of the acousto-optic power supply; ③ The laser entering the galvanometer deviates from the center: adjust the laser; ④ If the current is adjusted to about 20A and the photosensitivity is still not strong enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace the new lamp.
Marking machine solution: ① Check all power connection lines; ② The high-voltage krypton lamp is aging, replace the krypton lamp. Precautions for operating the laser marking machine ① It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q-switching power supply without water or abnormal water circulation; ② The Q power supply is not allowed to work without load (that is, the output end of the Q-switching power supply is suspended); ③ If an abnormal phenomenon occurs, first turn off the galvanometer switch and the key switch, and then check; ④ It is not allowed to start other components before the krypton lamp is ignited to prevent high voltage from entering and damaging the components; ⑤ Note that the output end (anode) of the laser power supply is suspended to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances; ⑥ Keep the internal circulation water clean. Clean the water tank regularly and replace it with clean deionized water or pure water.
Specific precautions
First, the laser marking machine should be used in a dust-free, 10℃-35℃ environment as much as possible, and the optical device should be kept dry and dust-free. Usually, a separate closed workroom is required to ensure constant temperature in the room, the floor should be painted or tiled, and air conditioning should be installed;
Second, the customer must provide a main power supply that supports at least 2500W AC single-phase power, and the main power cord of the equipment provided by our company must be installed on an air switch for protection. It is strictly forbidden to use a triangular plug;
Third, the main power supply provided by the customer must have a ground wire, and virtual connection is strictly prohibited.
Fourth, it is best to use deionized water for cooling water in the circulating water tank. If there is no deionized water, distilled water can be used instead; the circulating cooling water should be replaced in time after a period of use (it is recommended to change the water at least once every two weeks) to avoid affecting the laser efficiency.
Krypton lamp use
Turn off the water cooler and laser power supply. Open the three upper cavity covers, take out the lamp or crystal to be replaced, replace it and put it in, and install the cavity cover. Turn on the water cooler and laser power supply, and adjust the laser power supply current to about (15~20) A. Place a small piece of wood or black paper between the front diaphragm and the beam expander, and you should see the light spot formed by laser ablation. If not, slightly adjust the three knobs of the front diaphragm frame until the light spot appears. Turn off the laser power.
Special attention: Time to replace the krypton lamp For example: When the current value of a new krypton lamp is 20A when marking, after using it for a period of time, if the current value is increased to 25A and it still cannot mark normally, the krypton lamp should be replaced.
