1) About Cable Length
We see that 300W to 1000W machines can use 5m or 10m cables,what is the price difference between 5m and 10m cable lengths?

Different fiber lengths generally require an additional cost, but we don't charge extra.
Custom cable lengths will require approximately 30 days of production time.
2) About Safety Measures
a) Safety Measures for Operators Working Inside a Tank:
When operating the laser, wear safety-certified laser protective goggles with the correct filter.
Important: Even while wearing protective eyewear, do not look directly into the laser path or exit point.
b) Safety Measures for Operators Outside the Tank with Others in the Area:
Workers in the vicinity should not look directly at the cleaning area to avoid exposure to the laser.
c) Does the Laser Cleaning Process Generate Smoke?
Yes, during the laser cleaning process, smoke is generated as dirt, rust, or coatings evaporate or peel off the surface. This is due to the instantaneous evaporation of contaminants.
d) Is There Radiation During the Cleaning Process?
Yes, optical radiation is produced by the laser.
Safety Measure: The provided laser protective glasses completely block optical radiation, or you can avoid looking directly at the cleaning area.
3) About Cleaning Position
a) Can All Positions Inside and Outside a Water Tank be Cleaned?
Laser cleaning works as long as the laser can be irradiated onto the surface.
The cleaning effectiveness depends on the site environment.
b) Can the Laser Beam Reach the Dome, Circular Part, and Corners?
Yes, laser cleaning can be applied to flat surfaces, corners, and places where the tank end (dome) is welded to a circular part. The
same principle applies: laser cleaning is effective if the laser can reach the surface.
4) About Beam Adjustment
a) Can the Beam Width be Adjusted for Different Cleaning Areas?
Yes, the cleaning width is adjustable on our machines. The adjustable range is from 5mm to 100mm.
If you require a cleaning width outside this range, contact us for customization.
b) Can the Power be Adjusted for Specific Cleaning Needs?
Yes, the machines come with a built-in laser cleaning process library.
Upon installation, our technicians will store the appropriate cleaning settings based on the material to be cleaned.
The operator can easily access these settings during operation.
